The Return of the LOLZAP
A great fixture of the forums used to be the fan-made LOLZAPS, where you guys would cut apart, reassemble and recaption the comics in to nothing short of pure comic genius. I loved the LOLZAPS, but I took them for granted and NEVER SAVED THEM. Now that they have returned in earnest, I’ve realized how much I wish I had them all.
So, if you ever made a lolzap, please head to the forum and repost it so I can collect them into a gallery. PRETTY PLEASE.
Billy the Squid at NYCC
If you’re going to be at New York Comic Con (October 8-10th) stop by the Patch Together booth #2464 to pick up your Billy the Squid. They will have 100 of them there. And I’ve been told that they’ll start shipping and filling pre-orders as soon as the packages are finished (which, knowing the industry, could be several more weeks). It only took a year, right?? I’ll be really glad when everyone has their squids and then I will never do a toy again because this has been kind of not the most fun experience for me. *dies*
