You should see 8 Bit Theater. Something like 1.3k pages, and I don’t know how much of it was planned out in advance, I do know the Four White Mages thing was intended from the very beginning, with the rest of it probably being made up around as it goes.

But good job, you very easily have the second best planned out comic I’ve seen. (Sorry, started reading Girl Genius after I finished reading Zap, and they probably had a good 80% of it planned out from the start I bet. They’re not going to win any points with a half-assed explanation of page 4. (Even the part where it’s mostly monochrome to start means something.) And they’re at like…1.8k pages. In 14 years. And they’re barely into what they’re calling Act 2.)

On the other hand, I do still have like 100 other comics (well, not 100% sure on that count, but it’s at least 50) that I read that you’ve still beaten. And it’d take me years to be as good a writer OR as good an artist as you. (As full time working on that.)

Thought a silver was better than no medal but, okay. Won’t mention it then.
