Poor Reona. She just can’t seem to keep tabs on that guy.

Come back Thursday for another page!

Of course he would have a pyramid with a water slide

  • sunphoenix

Wow! Beautiful! I’m liking Renoa more and more. Musasi Temple on Yavin 4 in the background? :)

… so here is the Home of the ‘Lost Ones’..perhaps?

  • Psithief

I like how she’s turned side-on, it suggests that she JUST noticed it. Reona, you need your eyes fixed.

  • Crestlinger

    …heree…heree…..herereeeee……

  • Yeah, that’s what it suggests, not that she’s kind of slowly walking along the ledge like “woah, that is a weird temple thing.”

  • not a time traveler!

  • safyrejet

    Mysterious temple is mysterious.

I kinda love how easy it is to make some place all sci-fi-y and alien. Just put multiple moons in the sky. What this jungle, oh it could be any normal jungle that’s not from a sci-fi story at all, but ooooh wait, there’s three moons. Yep. Alien sci-fi jungle.

  • safyrejet

Well, maybe there was something captivating that she was looking at in front of her, we can’t see it, but she was staring at that then glanced sideways and finally noticed the waterslide temple.

This Excelsior acts so strange! She (well taken by it’s visualization, i assume it is a feminine software) finds the lost ones through the universe, but she gives the worst addresses: “he is off the ship” !!! come on girl, at least give a numeric coordination or angle-distance!

  • Susallia

Oh water! can we please have a Billy the Squid cameo?
That cutey needs moar screentime :)

  • She must have some old Microsoft code in her somewhere, which has just now caused her to give a technically accurate answer without conveying any useful information.

    ;-)

  • bob grey

    Entering Jaden Korr :D
Sorry, but this looks so much like the opening level Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy … just better graphics ;-)

  • Stretch Longfellow

    Didn’t Sporkman have something similar?

  • Yeah, it’s important that his planet look a lot like Earth!

  • This makes me imagine Reona abusing the seeking the lost one function whenever she can’t find Zap.

  • People always used to compare Zap! to Final Fantasy, which I never got! I always thought it was more like Star Wars.

So, finally. A Star Wars comparison! After all this time!

  • Speedy Marsh

    A weeping angel touched him

  • Speedy Marsh

It does look like the water slide at the Aquaventure Water Park at Paradise Island in the Bahamas. The water slide goes down the pyramid and then into a tunnel thru an aquarium with sharks in it. Looks like fun.

  • that’s not a pyramid. That’s a ziggurat.

    also, that looks awesome.

  • Speedy Marsh

Well, it looks a lot like El Castillo at Chichen Itza, which is considered a step-pyramid.

    http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/5/51/Chichen_Itza_3.jpg/450px-Chichen_Itza_3.jpg

I climbed to the top of it in 1983, and my legs felt like they were gonna buckle before I reached the top. I can’t imagine what it must have been like for the Mayans that built it. They didn’t have Zap there to levitate the stones for them.

  • Speedy Marsh

When I saw the last panel, I thought, “Well, the last of the snow at Sochi finally melted. No more ski jumping till next year.” So ends the 2014 Slushi Olympics.

  • naw, you’re right.

Mine’s a ziggurat, though. *snobby face*

  • Speedy Marsh

I’m just wondering if there’ll be an Alien vs. Predator scene when she goes inside x)

  • Yes, but in the Zap! universe the xenomorph queen’s little inside mouth is an angry kitten face.

  • safyrejet

Good way to keep tabs on your man.

  • Overly attached cyborg girlfriend.

  • safyrejet

I’m a big SW fan, I don’t know FF so much. Lately I’ve been seeing a bit of Trigun (the anime at least, I haven’t read the manga very far) in it. Funny how we tend to compare stories to each other like that. I suppose in some way, everything is influenced by something else.

  • no, it is SO Trigun. SO VERY Trigun.

  • safyrejet

Well he’d be kinda asking for it now. He’s left everyone with like A MILLION BAZILLION questions. Worst possible time to mysteriously be disappeared when everyone wakes up.

  • safyrejet

    I’m not complaining. ;P

Zap and Vash, bonded by stupidly not ending the dangerous bad dude and their towering hair. This totally gives me ideas for fan art when and if I ever get time for fan art….

  • svartalf

Something tells me that Zap’s “home”.

  • Sleel

That’s no joke. I can tell you first hand. Having an angry cat attached to your face is not funny. When something is pissed at you and five of it’s six ends are pointy and attached/gnawing on you. Your day goes downhill fast.

  • Speedy Marsh

I had a little to much time on my hands today. This is what I slapped together with Gimp:

  • lol

  • Andrew W

You did the rings wrong. ᵒoᵒo*

  • Sebine

Still not entirely sure how I feel about nipple-less ship boobs o_O

Boobs yay but.. really, they need nipples O_o imo

    I’m weird o.o

  • Speedy Marsh

    Whoops! Here’s the corrected version:

  • Speedy Marsh

Now I’m imagining Excelsior holding a cute little baby holographic artificial intelligence. Is Robot the father? They did interface a while back…

  • chrisbrady

Or Zap told her not to relay his location for some me time. Poor guy needs to rearrange his head.

  • chrisbrady

Wolfwood was the better character than Vash ever was.

  • Don’t worry so much over cartoon boobs, man.

  • Sebine

    Sebine like boobies ^_^

Sebine also like Zap Comic and Zap x Reona

  • anony

Oh no no no… Now I’m having nightmares about Akira-style cyborg-biomass-fusing (Tetsuo) attaching to pretty much everywhere. Including eyeballs. *Shudder*
