A room like that on a spaceship… what a wasteful design :P I’d put additional armaments here and there, rather than a huge star observation room. But *I* don’t draw comics, so I’ll shut up now and enjoy the strip :D

That’s the thing about Excelsior, she’s kind of a weapon in and of herself. A psychic ship doesn’t need guns (when piloted by a competent captain…).

Dang, I think if I had a bedroom like that I’d never fall asleep.  Both because of the stars overhead and the floor space, that looks like a perfect place to lay out a 5000+ piece puzzle.  Either that or play an epic game of twister.

And, now I’ve caught up. I’m certain some time years ago I was reading this comic… on Keenspot, I believe, or earlier. I re-found it on another ‘read something new’ binge about two nights ago, and now I’m up to speed.

Great art, great story, now I just need to jump in my time machine and flash forward another three years to binge-read back to the future-present again.

True, but I figure by that future all the movies I want to see will be in the Public Domain so I can watch them freely. ;)

and it’s always been my favorite room :) although if it were *my* observation deck, there’d be a lot more comfy places to sit and a lot more plants!
