The second panel seems to show the shot coming from the grassy knoll so it doesn't seem to be Reona. Aquarian sniper or Zap has awakened. Or Pascal and Lepas have yet another surprise up their sleeves to which they made sly reference several hundred pages ago! Or it could be Robot. :)

The funny true story was that in middle school a lot of the kids in the grades below mine thought I was twins because some of my friends called me Calle and some called me Pascalle.

So, I really must be a gemini or something. I don't know how having a first and last name results in me being two people, but it happens all the time here. :P

Seems to me like the Aquarians either taught or gave Reona psychic abilities, and that either they or some other alien race did the same for Zap many years ago.

Dude, on Facebook on one of the island games they have a squid hat the made me freak out! It looks exactly like Billy the Squid! I think the game was “Island Paradise”. You should check it out! :D
