I woke up to an awesome update in my inbox! (If you ordered a squid you probably already got this email, unless you don’t check the email address associated with your Patch Together account)
We will start processing your Billy the Squid preorders in a few days, please make sure your shipping and billing information are up to date:
To change shipping address:
Please login to your account and select my orders, click editing shipping address.
To add a new credit card:
Please login to your account and select my payment profile, then add new credit card. After adding a new card, please go to your preorder and associate the new credit card to your existing preorder.To change payment profile associate with the preorder:
Please login to your account and select my orders, click view on the preorder you would like to change, then select change payment profile and credit card on file.
To edit billing address associated with existing credit card:
Please login to your account and select my payment profile, then edit credit card.
Make sure all of your info is current (it has only been, you know, a whole year) so that your Billy can get sent out to you! Head over to patch together to make your changes and confirm your info.
